Through its Bursary Programme, Shoprite Group provides financial support to students who are studying or planning on studying certain skills such as food science, pharmacy, chartered accounting, logistics as well as information technology, e-commerce and retail business management.
Bursaries from Shoprite Group covers on-campus accommodation and tuition. Work-back agreements also help ensure job opportunities once graduated.

Purpose of the Bursary:
The goal of the Bursary is to provide financial support to future data and crime analysts who are interested in becoming part of the Department of Security & Loss Prevention. To be eligible, students must be registered Criminology majors and have an academic average of 65%.
